Welcome to Sunlight & Sagebrush ✨
Weekly stories, personal reflections and spirituality (without the fluff). Always shared with humor, humanness and a dash of plant wisdom.
Welcome, welcome, welcome to my bright little corner of the internet, where you feel like you just sat down at a cozy kitchen table for a chat with your soul sister.
The kind of chat where you laugh, cry and talk about everything from the mindless, to the “wait, are we really that old?” to the bigger-picture cosmic/spiritual revelation stuff that would have other people thinking you’re missing a marble or two.
But most importantly, it’s the kind of conversation where you leave feeling lighter than when you first arrived.
I created this space with the intention of sharing soulful personal anecdotes, all filled with a humor and humanness that only lived experience can bring.
Because I want this “virtual cozy kitchen” to be a place where laughter and light can meet the soulful depths of everyday life. Where you can be reminded, even if it’s just for a few minutes, that light is all around you. And where you can be inspired to add just a bit more joy, softness and peace to each season of life.
Each week, you’ll receive stories, personal reflections, spirituality (without the fluff) and the ‘never-ceases-to-amaze-me’ magic and wisdom of the natural world (I’m an herbalist, after all!)
I’m not here to coach, preach, or hand you another checklist for living your “best life.” I’m here to share, to write, to create and to capture what it feels like to infuse humor, ease, and soul in everyday moments…not because I’m perfect at it (most days I swear it’s my first day on Earth 🤣), but because I’m learning right alongside you.
My intention is to share in a way that makes you smile, feel seen, and inspired to shine your own light even brighter.
As I evolve in my work and creativity, this community will expand and grow with me, opening new ways for us to wander deeper together. But right now, it’s simply a home for light, laughter, and stories.
So, pull up a chair. Get comfy. We have fresh flowers on the counter, something baking in the oven, and a large pot of tea (and coffee!) brewing.
Please know how grateful I am that you’re here.
And I’d LOVE for you to tell me in the comments below where you’re reading from and your current drink of choice! Let’s make each of these posts a conversation! :)
So, my sweet friend, come as you are and leave a little lighter.
