Shipping, Processing & Returns Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping:
At this time, Sunlight and Sagebrush ships within the United States only.
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping carriers and fulfillment providers, and shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to its new home.
A Note from Lindsey 💛
Sunlight and Sagebrush is a small, independently owned business, and every order is personally prepared, packed, and shipped by me from my little apothecary in San Diego.
While I do my best to process orders as quickly as possible, I also believe in creating things intentionally and with care, which means receiving your order may take a little longer than what you're used to from larger retailers. (cough Amazon cough)

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at lindsey@sunlightandsagebrush.com within 7 calendar days of delivery (or expected delivery).
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage if applicable. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement product or a refund.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used skincare, personal care, cosmetic, or aromatherapy products.
Refunds:
Refunds are generally not provided for opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to make a change to your order (such as updating shipping information) or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel, modify, or reroute it.
